(not the other way around)
Your website is a very important part of your marketing system that should work alongside your existing business operations seamlessly. Building a new website does not mean you have to change the way your sales team, your marketing team or your leadership team operates. In fact, WordPress websites integrate with so many of your existing systems that intelligent integration will actually make everything easier to operate than before.
For example, if you had a sales team that used Pipedrive for your CRM system, we can set your website up so that all new enquiries go straight into Pipedrive as new leads!
Similarly if you are using WooCommerce to sell products online, we can integrate Xero so that all purchases are recorded in relevant accounts and ready to be reconciled.
Because WordPress.org powers over 40% of all websites online, and it is an open source platform, there are many integrations that can be built, have been built and come pre-installed on your WordPress website. These website integrations can include:
We have shared some of our favourite integrations below.
With over 20 Million downloads, Ninja Forms is a free form builder that can do just so much more. Use it for a simple contact form but also add on things like add Conditional fields, file uploads, take payments, integrate with Mailchimp, feed data to custom programs, update user profiles, input submissions into your CRM and virtually anything else through it’s Zapier integration.
Ninja forms is responsive, customisable and has a whole library of app integrations to expand it into what you need.
Yoast SEO is the #1 SEO plugin for WordPress websites, with over 5 million active installations. This plugin helps you write and set up content on your website that helps you rank for key phrases and words that you want to be associated with on Google.
It also gives you instructions and feedback that you can implement right away to improve your on-page performance. AND sets up your sitemap ready for Google submission.
If you have multiple locations, a fantastic WordPress integration is WP Store Locator (70,000 current installs). This plugin is free and works amazingly on all devices, interacts with location services seamlessly and displays store information neatly and in multiple formats.
The plugin also has paid options such as CSV importer to help you add multiple locations at once. We love it because it is easy for anyone to use, and use it on sites such as ASPAR and Antz.
We can’t go past integrations and plugins without mentioning WooCommerce. WooCommerce is the native and free Ecommerce integration for WordPress and it powers over 29.35% of all online stores.
It comes free, but has a whole heap of integrations and extensions that make running an ecommerce store really easy and completely customised to your requirements.
